As a locally-owned business since 2011, we do our best to support fellow small businesses in the urban core and beyond. Although some of these shops have temporarily closed their cafes due to COVID-19, we're always down to grab a cup of coffee, take a walk around the city, and talk all things real estate and community. Eote
Just around the corner from our downtown office, you'll find Eote Coffee, locally-roasted farmer-direct coffee in the heart of OKC. Be sure to check out their amazing outdoor patio space!

Culture Coffee
Delicious coffee and a wraparound patio, Culture Coffee is the first Black-owned coffee shop in Oklahoma City. The shop features speciality coffees from local roasters and a variety of local teas.

Prelude Coffee Roasters
This stellar shop calls the upstairs of 8th Street Market home (ADA accessible elevator available), and espresso-lovers will enjoy the complimentary caramel treat. Be sure to check out two of our other favorites while you're over there, Vietnamese fusion dining at Magasin Table and world-renowned craft beer at Prairie Artisan Ales.

Elemental
This spacious and industrial-style shop offers baked goods, yummy teas, in-house roasted coffee, and plenty of good vibes. The long list of delicious vegan and vegetarian food options are some of the best in OKC!

Clarity
Located in the heart of downtown, you'll find this contemporary counter-serve right between the Arts District and Business District. Get to Myriad Gardens on foot or by bike in minutes, or pick up an afternoon treat before heading to Scissortail Park.

In addition to great coffee and espresso beverages, this plant-filled garage serves breakfast, lunch, and mid-morning snacks. Be sure to check out the adjoined "Plant Shoppe" as well!
Cuppies & Joe
A cozy place that feels like home, Cuppies & Joe has perfected the coffee-cupcake combo. Plus, if you're not feeling cupcakes or coffee, they also offer a wide assortment of sweet and savory treats throughout the week (we love the biscuits & gravy!)

Not Your Average Joe
If you're out and about exploring Midtown, be sure to check out this nonprofit coffee shop. Not Your Average Joe is on a mission to include adults with special needs in the creation of exceptional coffee. Order from their walk-up window and enjoy the sunshine on their brand new patio.
