Let's get to know each other! Once your ready to work with us, we'll meet for a free consultation and we'll run a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to estimate the value of your home.

During this planning stage, we'll discuss a strategy for listing your home which might include: appropriate repairs, staging, and professional photography. We'll work with our team of photographers and staging consultants to ensure you're home is picture perfect and ready to sell.
Step #3. Your home is live on the market
Our support staff works efficiently to keep the process on track and keep you in the loop every step of the way. We're here to walk you through each step of the process and make things run as smooth as possible.
