Our Partnership
Created to support and revitalize Oklahoma City communities that have experienced significant disinvestment, Progress OKC enhances quality of life by building social and wealthy equity. Verbode is honored to be part of this initiative through representation of income-qualified and market-rate homes on NE Euclid Street.
Euclid Homes
Progress OKC has set their sights on redeveloping an entire block in the Culbertson’s East Highland. Seven of the nine homes we represented were sold to families who qualified for the City of Oklahoma City’s Affordable Housing Program! This initiative will contribute to the economic and ethnic diversity of northeast Oklahoma City.

Community development, affordable housing, and economic empowerment. Progress OKC has something to offer the entire Oklahoma City community; however, they put considerable effort into serving OKC's senior citizens, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those with disabilities.
