I may have very well forgotten about it since we still had not listed our current home. We could have missed the opportunity to own our dream home in Lincoln Terrace! "Growth. OKC has come so far in a very short amount of time. It's been so fun to watch it grow and develop into a city that I love."

2. Affordability

"Affordability. While this may not last, right now OKC is extremely affordable compared to other large cities. There is no way we could afford our home if it were located elsewhere."
